Awe Inspiring Realistic Sculptures by Ron Mueck

A awe inspiring collection of Ron Mueck's 'lifelike' sculpture pictures. Ron Mueck is an Australian hyperrealist sculptor working in Great Britain. His cool sculptures are made with latex and silicone. Mueck's early career was as a model maker and puppeteer for children's television and films, notably the film Labyrinth for which he also contributed the voice of Ludo, and the Jim Henson series The Storyteller.

This following 2002 his sculpture of Rom Mueck's pregnant woman was purchased by the National Gallery of Australia for AU$800,000!
